AR-15 and CMMG 22LR conversion kit Doublewide Bolt Carrier Group (BCG) Case (twice the storage)
Meet the doublewide BCG Case — a compact, lightweight storage solution built for AR-15 Bolt Carrier Groups as well as CMMG 22LR conversion Kits. This doublewide version allows for two BCGs to be stored at once, in either combination of standard AR-15 or CMMG 22LR conversion kit. At roughly 5.5 oz, it’s easy to carry yet sturdy enough to protect your Mil-Spec BCGs chambered in 5.56, .233, and 300 AAC/Blackout as well as CMMG 22LR conversion kits. The textured exterior adds rigidity and gives you a confident grip when grabbing it from a safe or range bag.
Why it works
-
Mil-Spec fit: Designed to work with all standard AR-15 BCGs and the CMMG 22LR drop in conversion kit.
-
Compact & light: Small footprint so it won’t weigh down your gear but still protects the part inside.
-
Textured exterior: Extra rigidity and a non-slip surface for easy handling.
Built to last
-
Material: Printed in durable, heat-resistant ASA chosen to better tolerate hot-car conditions (sensitive above ~190°F).
-
Water-resistant design: Interlocking lid helps keep moisture out — handy if the weather turns at the range.
-
Corrosion resistance: Hardware is oxide-finished to reduce rust and wear.

Made in the USA
Notes & care
-
3D-printed parts may show minor cosmetic imperfections; these do not affect fit or function.
-
Resistant to everyday impacts and moderate use, but not indestructible (won’t survive being run over, falling from a high height, or struck with heavy force). Intended to be sacrificed before your BCG takes a hit.
-
Water resistant, not waterproof — do not submerge.
Store your BCGs safely and neatly — in your safe, parts bin, or range bag — and reach for a purpose-built case when you need dependable protection on the go.
Spare latches can be printed from our MakerWorld page.

SHIPPING
Shipping is fulfilled through the USPS.
I try to keep each product in stock, at least a few quantities of each color, so if the site says it's in stock and you order it, I'll ship as fast as I can.
Occasionally, during busier times of the year like the 4th of July, it may take an extra day or two to get your order out the door as I need to print them to fulfill the order in real team. During those periods, I hope you'll be patient.
