Returns & Refunds

Refunds and exchanges unrelated to product defects are available within 14 days after delivery. Depending on the reason for requesting to return or refund a product, or requesting a cancellation, a restocking fee may apply. Such scenarios include replacing/substituting and incorrectly ordered item or user error resulting in damage.

Refunds are not available for custom-designed or -sized products.

If we have already purchases a label and you have received confirmation of the label and tracking information, the order has been packaged and likely already left with the carrier.

If the package tracking shows the order has been delivered, the order is considered complete. Any issues with the delivery should be communicated to the carrier. If you did not receive the package, please contact the carrier.
